Job summary

Bloom House seeks a CORU-registered Social Care Worker to join its new residential service in Johnstown, Co. Kildare.

The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support and promoting choice, independence and meaningful participation for residents. You will work closely with residents, providing guidance and positive role modelling to Social Care Assistants, ensuring Garda Vetting is current and references are satisfactory, and that you are eligible to work in Ireland.

Bloom House is a new residential service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, and we are building our team from the ground up.

We are looking for a CORU-registered Social Care Worker to join our team and play an important role in establishing and delivering high-quality, person-centred residential support.

The role will involve supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting choice, independence and meaningful participation, while also key working with residents and providing guidance and positive role modelling to Social Care Assistants.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 Ordinary Degree in Social Care or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current CORU registration.
• Garda Vetting and satisfactory references.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

From €17 per hour, depending on experience.

Full-time, part-time and relief positions available. Permanent positions.
