St Christophers Services CLG is seeking a Social Care Worker for its Residential and Respite Service in Longford. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence and choice for service users within a regulated framework.

35 Hours Per week
We have an opportunity for a Social Care Worker within our Residential and Respite Service. The successful candidates will maintain the highest attainable standards of person-centred care, to promote optimum independence and choice, and to enhance the quality of life of the Service User in all aspects of daily living within a regulated framework. To assist and co-operate in the smooth running of the assigned area.
Experience working with persons with an Intellectual Disability.
Knowledge and experience of the residential, social, and recreational needs of persons with an Intellectual Disability
Knowledge and experience of advocacy and individual personal plans/person centred planning.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of role is essential.
