Job summary

VIOTAS is seeking a Software Technical Product Owner to bridge business needs and software delivery. You will translate requirements into clear technical stories and work with analysts, UX, and agile teams to refine and deliver features for our smart grid platform.

You will own components, maintain the product backlog in Azure Devops, and help estimate work while collaborating with design and engineering. Prior experience in energy systems is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

2–5 years professional experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication with clarity.
Experience working with agile software development teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear, deliverable technical requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with UX designers to produce designs and prototypes for refinement.
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
Own specific components and maintain product requirements in Azure Devops.
Support planning, prioritisation, and refinement to ensure readiness for development.
