CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and support energy efficiency under supervision.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and following standard procedures. Strong communication and MS Office skills are preferred, with a focus on safety and code compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with related experience.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements (stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.

Mansioni

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
