Job summary

Floman Construction Limited, a Dublin-based construction company, is recruiting 6 Qualified Bricklayers for structural and decorative brickwork across multiple Dublin sites.

The role requires 2–3 years of masonry experience, ability to read technical drawings, and a valid Safe Pass (or willingness to obtain one). 39-hour work week, gross remuneration €37,000, equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of structural bricklaying or masonry experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently on site.
• Valid Safe Pass card or willingness to obtain one before starting site work.

Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone to build structural walls, partitions, and decorative facades.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and architectural plans.
• Measure, mark, and cut brick/block materials using power tools and hand equipment.
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar or binding materials precisely to engineering standards.
• Check courses and alignment using plumb lines, spirit levels, and laser measures.
• Ensure all structural work complies with Irish building regulations and health & safety procedures.
