Job summary

RS TOP CONCRETE LIMITED, based at 88 Abbeyville, Galway Road, Co. Roscommon, Ireland, seeks a Bricklayer/Mason to join its construction team. The successful candidate will be based at the company’s registered office and will work on projects throughout Dublin and other locations in the Republic of Ireland.

Hours are 39 per week. Applicants must have at least 1 year of bricklaying experience and be able to read technical drawings, measure/cut materials, mix mortar and concrete, and work to health

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bricklaying experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience with laying bricks, blocks and stone.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks and stone to construct and repair walls and masonry structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
• Measure, cut and shape materials to required sizes.
• Mix mortar and concrete and ensure proper curing and finishings.

Job Description

RS TOP CONCRETE LIMITED is seeking to recruit one Bricklayer/ Mason to join its construction team. The successful candidate will be based at the company's registered office at 88 Abbeyville, Galway Road, Co. Roscommon, and will work on construction projects throughout Dublin and other locations within the Republic of Ireland as required. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Duties will include laying bricks, blocks and stone; constructing and repairing walls and other masonry structures; reading technical drawings; measuring and cutting materials; mixing mortar and concrete; repairing existing masonry; cutting, shaping and polishing granite, marble, slate and other natural stones; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Salary: €36,605 per annum (€18.05 per hour). Hours: 39 hours per week.
