Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Sitecore Technical Lead to own the Sitecore platform while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to deliver enterprise-scale digital solutions. You will lead offshore teams, drive engineering standards, and manage cloud migrations in a remote Dublin-based setting.

The ideal candidate has strong Sitecore development experience, a track record of leading technical teams in large environments, and solid .NET skills within Agile delivery contexts.

Qualifications

• Sitecore experience in development and administration.
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise settings.
• Background delivering large-scale digital or eCommerce platforms.
• Understanding of SAP-integrated environments or enterprise app ecosystems.
• Strong Azure cloud experience and offshore team management.
• Solid .NET development background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and enhancement of the Sitecore platform.
• Manage and mentor offshore development teams.
• Drive technical delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, governance and development best practices.
• Lead Sitecore upgrades, platform improvements and cloud migration activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Chair technical discussions and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.
• Support platform performance, stability and continuous improvement.
