Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Sitecore Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and evolution of our global digital experience platform. You will lead Sitecore XM/XP, headless and composable architectures, and enterprise integrations while guiding offshore teams.

The role combines hands‑on Sitecore expertise with architecture leadership, engineering governance, and distributed team leadership within the Digital Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise .NET / Sitecore development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or solution lead role
• Strong experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, and Sitecore 10+
• Hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Experience leading distributed or offshore teams

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions for Sitecore‑based solutions across XM/XP, headless and MACH‑aligned designs.
• Own platform roadmap, upgrades, and modernization strategy; ensure reliability and performance.
• Drive offshore and onshore delivery, code quality, reviews, and documentation.
• Define engineering guardrails, standards, and governance; enable scalable DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, QA and DevOps teams.
