Job summary

CPL Resources is seeking a Sitecore Technical Lead based in Ireland to drive the evolution of a large digital platform. You will own the Sitecore stack, mentor offshore teams, and steer cloud migration and platform upgrades within a major enterprise programme.

You will work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions and maintain engineering standards across multiple initiatives. Strong Azure experience and SAP familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with Sitecore development and administration.
Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
Background delivering large-scale digital or eCommerce platforms.
Good understanding of SAP-integrated environments or enterprise application ecosystems.
Strong Azure cloud experience.
Experience managing offshore or distributed engineering teams.
Solid .NET development background.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the Sitecore platform.
Manage and mentor offshore development teams.
Drive technical delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Establish engineering standards, governance and development best practices.
Lead Sitecore upgrades, platform improvements and cloud migration activities.
Work closely with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Chair technical discussions and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.
Support platform performance, stability and continuous improvement.
