Veolia Ireland is seeking a Site Supervisor to direct the on-site operations in Kildare. You will oversee the full operational team, manage shift schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires active leadership to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance in daily site activities. Key duties include supervising tanker loading, contractor coordination, and procurement of site consumables, with a 7:30am–3:30pm pattern.

Formación

• Proven track record across supervisory operations and logistics planning.
• Experience with hazardous materials handling and haulage regulations.
• DGSA qualification desirable.
• ADR/IMDG experience or qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise the on-site operational team for Veolia.
• Act as the primary liaison between client and field operations.
• Oversee shift schedules, rosters and time-off requests to maintain coverage.
• Supervise tanker loading processes and external contractor activities.
• Manage site consumables procurement and equipment readiness.
• Ensure safety compliance and report incidents via designated systems.
• Develop team through leadership, objectives and training.

Site Supervisor

Contract Duration/Type: Full time

Location: Kildare

Hybrid/Onsite: Onsite

Working Pattern (Time/Hours): 7:30am to 3:30pm

Overview of the Role:

Direct and supervise the complete operational team for Veolia on location, ensuring daily site activities are ran efficiently.

Duties of the Role Include:

• Act as the primary point of contact facilitating liaison between the client and company field operations.
• Oversee operational shift schedules, staff rosters, and time-off requests to ensure continuous service coverage.
• Supervise tanker loading processes, rear facility duties, and external contractor activities.
• Manage procurement for site consumables including containers and drums, maintaining equipment operational readiness.
• Ensure workforce compliance with organizational protocols and report safety events using designated reporting applications.
• Develop your team through a positive leadership approach , create objectives and training for the team

Required Skills for This Role:

• Proven track record across supervisory operations, logistics planning, and transport control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing hazardous materials and ensuring compliance with haulage regulations.
• DGSA Qualification (desirable)
• ADR/IMDG experience or qualification
