Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking an Engineering Productivity (EngProd) specialist to help maintain and support scalable, secure infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment. You will design, build and operate tools used by Arista's product development teams, leveraging industry standards like Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Docker.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python and shell scripting for automation.
• Strong Linux administration and debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and operate critical production systems with focus on scalability and security.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and monitoring to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify bottlenecks and improve developer experience.
• Maintain incident response runbooks and perform postmortems to prevent recurrence.
