Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd seeks two experienced Site Managers for a major residential project on Emmet Road, Dublin 8. The role requires leadership on a busy site with a focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.

Offering a salary of €80,000 - €95,000, the position is on-site with a leading Irish main contractor. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage QA/BCAR, and drive project handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience on large residential or apartment schemes.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
