Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Manager for structural and concrete projects in Dublin. The role focuses on coordinating RC frames, formwork and other structural works across South and West Dublin, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, review RAMS, and align with Engineers and Project Managers to resolve day-to-day site issues while maintaining records and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong background in RC frames, formwork and structural works.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Oversee reinforced concrete, formwork and structural works
• Manage programme, sequencing and site progress
• Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
• Carry out quality checks and site inspections
• Review RAMS and method statements
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and technical queries
• Maintain site records and progress reports
