Flynn is seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Cork project teams. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and coordinate with design teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality product to the end user while maintaining client relations.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and client service standards on site.
• Report progress to management.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet standards with minimal rework.
• Plan, coordinate, execute works per contract documents.
• Foster relationships with construction management, subcontractors and supply chain.
• Resource and schedule work in line with project program.
• Collaborate with project QS on upcoming issues.
