Job summary

Vision Contracting Ltd in Limerick is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily management of construction sites, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while strictly adhering to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to building regulations across multiple sites. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level education or trade qualification.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
  • Experience with main contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, clients and team members to ensure alignment.
  • Lead on-site teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary

The Site Manager oversees the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring that Vision Contracting Ltd (VCL) processes and procedures are effectively implemented. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Site Manager may work as part of a broader team on-site. However, they may serve as the senior leader, taking full responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple sites.
