Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Site Foreman to join our high performing project team in Dublin Airport. Site Manager/Project Manager

Purpose of Role

Oversee site operations and task responsibilities on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is done safely, on time and to the highest quality standard.

Role Responsibilities

• Take control of snag list and ensure that it is all completed.
• Ensure that the end product meets the customer’s expectation in relation to build and finish.
• Ensure Completion Dates are met.
• Assist with the plant/material requirements and advise Site Managers on progress reports.
• Ensure works are carried out to the correct standard whilst also inspecting the sub-contractors’ work.
• Prioritise workload and work in a timely manner.

The Candidate

• Trade background preferable.
• Knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards.
• Previous experience with large scale commercial projects.
• Self‑starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
• Ability to work proactively on one's own initiative.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
