• 9+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, including leadership roles.
• Excellent structured problem-solving capability and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and inspire a highly engaged engineering team in a manual, production-driven setting.
• Provide robust, real-time engineering support to high-volume manufacturing operations and lead improvements in yield, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Shape site direction as part of the Site Leadership Team and drive transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Own and manage the engineering budget and capital planning, including headcount, equipment investments, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure delivery of new products and engineering initiatives with strong cross-functional partnerships.
