Job summary

BSS Building Staff Solutions Limited is recruiting a Site Engineer for an apartment development in Milltown, Dublin 6. You will join at pre-frame stage and stay through to completion, overseeing setting out and survey control across substructure, frame, envelope and fit out.

You will establish site control, grids and levels, set out foundations and slabs, and work from drawings to ensure the build matches design while maintaining accurate site records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Engineer with a main contractor.
• Strong setting out and survey control skills with total station, GPS and level.
• Experience on apartment or multi-storey projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Good knowledge of BCAR requirements.
• Valid Safe Pass and site certifications.
