Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on site experience, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or oil and gas environments.
• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to plan, sequence, and lead on site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive attitude and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily site works to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals and support construction planning.
• Collaborate with HSE Officers to understand safety requirements and draft risk assessments.
• Prepare equipment loading charts and material take-offs from IFC drawings and site measurements.
• Develop Level 5 micro-schedules for two- and four-week look-ahead and manage material deliveries.
• Coordinate trades to avoid clashes, lead punch list closures, and support testing activities.
