Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer for a major residential development in South Dublin. The project is valued at €100m+ and requires strong setting-out, coordination with site managers and subcontractors, and rigorous QA on site.

The ideal candidate has 23+ years of site engineering experience, a Level 8 Engineering qualification, and a background in residential or main contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Set out foundations, slabs, services and civils.
• Set out house plots and provide surveys.
• Supervise groundworks, civil and RC frame contractors.

• Maintain site records and QA documentation.
• Ensure works delivered safely, on time and within budget.

A leading developer is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major residential development in South Dublin, with a project value of approximately €100m+.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer with 23+ years experience to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale housing project, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out foundations, slabs, blockwork, services and civil works
• Setting out house plots and providing surveys
• Supervising groundworks, civil and concrete/RC frame contractors
• Coordinating construction drawings
• Monitoring quality and subcontractor works
• Maintaining site records and QA documentation
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, on time and to budget

Requirements

• 23+ years Site Engineering experience
• Level 8 Engineering qualification
• Residential or main contracting experience
• Strong setting-out experience
• RC frame experience desirable
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
