Job summary

Collins Aerospace Shannon is seeking a Site Environmental, Health & Safety Lead to drive EH&S compliance and continuous improvement at our Shannon facility. You will partner with site leadership to build a culture of safety, manage risk, and implement practical controls that protect colleagues and the environment.

With seven or more years in EH&S, you will lead investigations, training, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with Irish and EU requirements and Collins Aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/EU EH&S requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S compliance and culture.
• Manage risk, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Build capability, training, and performance reporting.
• Advance environmental sustainability initiatives.
