Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to lead a major civils project in Co. Waterford.

You will take overall responsibility for on-site delivery, coordinate engineers, foremen and subcontractors, and drive programme, cost, quality and safety performance. You will work closely with the client, designers and local authorities, report progress to senior management, and manage commercial performance with the QS team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years' experience on civil engineering projects, including at Agent level.
• Strong commercial awareness; design & build experience an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and planning skills.
• Full driving licence.
