Job summary

Wills Bros Ltd in Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead daily site operations and coordinate site teams on major infrastructural projects in Dublin and the Leinster region.

You will work closely with project managers and the commercial team, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. A civil engineering qualification and a full Irish driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

  • A civil engineering qualification with strong site experience.
  • Proven experience as Site Agent or in a similar site management role.
  • Irish or UK project delivery experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of site operations, programme delivery, quality control and safety requirements.
  • Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and daily site activities.
  • Strong communication, organisation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • A practical, hands-on and solutions-focused approach to site delivery.
  • A full, clean Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plant to support smooth project delivery.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers and commercial team to monitor progress, costs and project performance.
  • Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
  • Planning and sequencing daily and weekly site activities to maintain productivity and programme momentum.
  • Driving compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across the site.
  • Managing site records, progress reports, permits, RAMS and other project documentation as required.
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying site risks, resolving operational issues and escalating matters where required.

Project Experience

The Role

As Site Agent with Wills Bros, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and supporting the successful delivery of a range of infrastructural projects in Dublin and Leinster.
