Job summary

AllSite Staffing is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead civil engineering and utilities projects in Ireland. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure works meet safety, budget and quality targets on large infrastructure programmes including national transport projects.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong HSQE knowledge, report delivery to project managers, and a track record of delivering civils programmes within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering, utilities or roads projects.
• Strong background delivering civils and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Commercial awareness with a good understanding of project costs.
• Excellent knowledge of HSQE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors.
• Engineering qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
• Full clean driving licence.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering and utility projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects, including the BusConnects National Transport Programme, one of Ireland's largest transport infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
