Job summary

Glenveagh in Swords, Co Dublin is seeking a Site Administrator to manage the day-to-day running of the site office on a residential project. The role requires strong administration, document control and liaison with the procurement team.

You will ensure accurate reporting, cost the hours in TAG, and uphold Building Control standards, working with Contracts and Site managers. A third-level qualification in a technical discipline and construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have a third level qualification in a technical discipline related to construction or civil engineering.
  • Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role.
  • Full understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice.
  • Full understanding of construction sequence of works.
  • Technically strong with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day running of the site office.
  • General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising.
  • Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries.
  • Liaise with Procurement department.
  • Manage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeks.
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders.
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
