Job summary

Maher Civils and Groundworks Limited, based in Cooga, Doon, Co. Limerick, is seeking shuttering carpenters for immediate start at their facility and sites around Ireland. Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience; no formal qualifications required, on-the-job training provided.

Annual remuneration is €46,704.84 with a rate of €23.03 per hour. Work location is Cooga, Doon, Co. Limerick; hours per week are 39. Sector: construction. Experienced non-managerial level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in a previous role required.
• No minimum academic requirements; no formal qualification is required for this role.
• On-the-job training will be provided as required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair commercial/industrial structures using wood, steel, and concrete.
• Assemble and create wooden elements for building construction.
• Fit, assemble and alter internal/external fixtures like walls, doors, frames, panelling.
• Interpret 2D & 3D plans and read blueprints.
