Job summary

Jason Collins Plant Hire Limited seeks two experienced Shuttering Carpenters for Cork region projects. You will install shuttering for reinforced concrete structures and interpret structural drawings.

Requires 4–5 years’ proven shuttering experience on commercial or civil works, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on site; contract role, 39 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ proven shuttering experience in structural work.
• Experience on commercial or civil projects with reinforced concrete.
• Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Installation of advanced shuttering systems for reinforced concrete structures.
• Construction of formwork for columns, beams, walls and slabs.
• Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications.
• Accurate setting out and alignment to tolerances.
• Coordination with steel fixers and concrete teams.
• Compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work without supervision in high-pressure environments.
