Enable Ireland in Ireland seeks a Shop Manager for our new charity shop in Killarney, Co. Kerry. You will oversee day-to-day operations, motivate staff and volunteers, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service to support Enable Ireland's services.

The role requires retail experience and proven leadership. You will manage targets, maintain brand standards, and work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time Contract Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Scale: €32,046 per annum.

A 2% profit share and bonus (pro rata) are added if targets are met.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 22 days per annum + 2 gift days.

Overview of the Post:

To work as a member of our team, the post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the new shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets in order to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland's services. You must have retail experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, enjoy being on the shop floor whilst driving sales through great customer service and be motivated by working for a charity.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the new shop in the context of an agreed work plan and agreed financial targets
• Assist in training, supervising and managing shop staff, both paid and voluntary
