Job summary

Centra in Ireland is looking for a part-time Merchandise Assistant to stock, rotate and face all stock in the assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy store environment.

You will actively live Centra brand-values, process orders, merchandise the store to a high standard, and work the evening shift from 5pm to 10pm, collaborating with the Store Manager on layout changes and stock

Responsibilities

• Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.
• Process orders for various departments.
• Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times.
• Liaise with the Store Manager on changes to layouts, ends and sides and ensure changes are correctly implemented.
• Implement correct labelling and stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure deliveries are checked off in line with goods inwards procedures.
• Keep the back-store tidy and packed away.
