Job summary

M&P O’Sullivan is seeking an experienced Shop Assistant for one of our Retail shops in Leemount Cross, Cork. This customer-facing role requires a friendly, helpful disposition and a can-do attitude. Immediate start preferred, and the position is full-time with an approximate 37.5–40 hour week on a 5/7 roster, paid weekly.

Educational assistance is available to eligible staff. Experience is essential, with 2+ years ideally; the candidate will work closely with customers and colleagues to

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Shop Assistant in one of our Retail shops in Leemount Cross. This role is customer facing so therefore requires an individual with a friendly and happy disposition always willing to help.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer facing first and foremost. Therefore, the willingness to assist is paramount.
• Following up on general customer inquiries.
• Stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Daily liaison with customers and colleagues.
• Housekeeping will be an important part of the role.
• Adhere to H&S regulations as set out in the store by the Store Manager.
• Adhere to policies and procedures within the Store.
