Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Check deliveries and assist with stock rotation in line with food safety standards.
• Prepare and serve deli or coffee products (where applicable) in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, deli, and customer areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
• Assist customers with queries, promotions, and product information.
• Help prevent stock loss by following security procedures.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Store Manager.
