Job summary

Manpower - Ireland in Ireland is seeking a skilled Shift Technician to join the Kildare manufacturing team. You will work on a shift pattern, including weekends, to support high-volume injection moulding operations.

The role requires a qualification in Polymer & Injection Moulding, strong GMP experience, and the ability to work in small teams while maintaining high standards and attention to detail on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Polymer & Injection Moulding.
• Experience in a high-volume Injection Moulding Environment is essential.
• Strong GMP experience is necessary.
• Enjoy working in small teams and gaining an all-round manufacturing exposure.
• Attention to detail and adaptability are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot day to day machine maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain production at optimal performance levels.
• Carry out regular services on machines.
• Participate in continuous improvement or new product introduction projects.
• Ensure H&S is at optimum levels across the manufacturing floor.
• Adhere to all set out processes and procedures.

Our client, a global provider of custom automation systems and Injection moulds are looking for an experienced Shift Technician to join their team in Kildare.

Candidates will be required to work shift patterns, including some weekends.
