Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting a Supervisor to join our Galway team. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will lead the shift, supervise the catering services, and ensure smooth operation of a high-street deli bar environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Experience in merchandising, brands and promotions is a plus.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant manager role in cafe/restaurant.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and supervise catering services.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff to meet unit targets.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark policies and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Manage inventory and stock, maintain planograms, respond to customer feedback.
