Glennon Brothers in Ireland is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the timber frame factory. You will oversee production operations, ensure targets are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to Production Manager, you will manage a team, coordinate attendance, training, and quality control, and ensure health and safety and timely documentation across shifts. This role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the production operations and quality standards in the manufacturing of the timber frame kits.
The Shift Supervisor will liaise with production and management to ensure hourly and shift production targets are met whilst encouraging/supporting continuous improvement.
