AstraZeneca is building a next-generation API manufacturing facility near Dublin. This Advanced Manufacturing Technician role focuses on multi-stage API production processes within a GMP and SHE framework, operating in a shift-based environment.

Ideal candidates will have API manufacturing experience, strong documentation skills, and a proactive safety mindset to ensure high-quality outputs in a fast-paced plant setting.

• Excellent Documentation Practices and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out multi-stage API manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP & SHE standards.
• Provide operational input at accommodation meetings and risk assessments.
• Maintain and document production routings, changeovers and cleans for smooth plant operation.
• Receive, store, dispatch and document materials to GMP/SHE standards.
• Collaborate to feed production with required materials/components.
• Perform and document equipment cleaning spot inspections and TPM-related tasks.
