Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire is seeking a Manufacturing Front Line Manager (FLM) to lead a team of over 20 Process Technicians and Senior Associates in Formulation and aseptic filling within GMP-compliant facilities. You will drive shift operations to meet production schedules while upholding safety and quality.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Planning, coach your team, manage training via MAP, and contribute to continuous improvement using lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or related discipline (required).
• 5+ years’ experience in syringe/vial aseptic manufacturing operations (required).
• Familiarity with GMP and EH&S regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing shift of 20+ Process Technicians and Senior Associates.
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Planning to meet production targets.
• Foster safety and quality culture and develop the team through MAP-based performance reviews.
