Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire in Dublin is seeking a Manufacturing Manager - Manufacturing Support to oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), Life Cycle Management changes (LCM) and major CAPEX projects for the Formulation and Aseptic Filling areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

The Manufacturing Manager leads daily operations, mentors staff, and coordinates resources across multiple teams to deliver projects on time, while upholding quality and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required.
• GMP/GxP knowledge essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resources and training models to meet project targets.
• Coach and develop Operations Leads.
• Promote safety culture and ensure site safety initiatives.
• Deliver project plans aligning manufacturing and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
• Lead process improvement opportunities and CAPEX/LCM initiatives.
