Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire is seeking a Manufacturing Front Line Manager to lead a shift of over 20 Process Technicians and Senior Associates in aseptic formulation and filling operations. You will drive production schedules, ensure GMP compliance, and foster a safety- and quality-first culture in the clean rooms.

You will coach the team, coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Planning and Engineering, and support training and lean improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Knowledge of GMP and EH&S.
• 5+ years' experience in syringe/ vial aseptic manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 20+ technicians to meet production targets.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, planning and engineering.
• Maintain and review batch records and EBRs.
• Support training and development via MAP.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement.
