Job summary

ALLPS in Dublin is seeking a Senior SharePoint Solutions Designer to design, support and modernise complex SharePoint forms and workflow solutions across SharePoint 2013, SPSE and SharePoint Online. The role is onsite in Dublin on a 3-year contract.

You will drive modernization towards Power Platform, maintain critical forms, and work across enterprise environments within a central government department.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering SharePoint forms and workflow solutions in large enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Expert, hands-on experience with Sintel Forms and InfoWise Ultimate Forms, with named solutions you built.
• Delivery across SharePoint 2013, SPSE and SharePoint Online, including how forms behave differently on-premises and online.
• Expert knowledge of InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure complex multi-tab forms with conditional visibility, validation rules and responsive layouts.
• Extend Sintel Forms with custom JavaScript; configure InfoWise Actions, lookups, cascading dropdowns and alerts.
• Reverse-engineer undocumented legacy forms and preserve business logic during changes.
• Fix production issues on high-dependency systems and implement safe, controlled live-form changes.
• Plan phased modernisation towards Power Apps, Power Automate and modern SharePoint.

ALLPS is building a SharePoint team for a central government department in Dublin. You will design, support and modernise business-critical SharePoint forms and workflow solutions built on Sintel Forms and InfoWise Ultimate Forms, across SharePoint 2013, SPSE and SharePoint Online.
