Job summary

ALLPS in Dublin is building a SharePoint team for a central government department. The role covers administering SharePoint sites, permissions and access across both SharePoint Online and on-premises platforms, with responsibilities spanning user support, migrations, testing and documentation.

You will work with senior engineers to keep multiple SharePoint platforms running in parallel, assist with forms and business solutions, and help validate data after upgrades.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supporting SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and on-premises: site administration, permissions, access control.
• Understanding of Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Basic PowerShell, or willingness to learn it under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Administer sites, permissions and access in SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint (2013 or SPSE).
• Provide first-line support, resolve what you can and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Support forms and business solutions, including InfoWise Ultimate Forms and Sintel Forms.
• Help with testing, data validation and checks after migrations and upgrades.
• Write documentation and knowledge-base articles; follow change control.
