Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join a Dublin-based, hybrid-enabled team. The role focuses on scalable architecture, ITSM module optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to implement enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, advise on governance and security, and stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices. A strong background in CMDB, integration design, and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Strong ITSM process expertise within ServiceNow applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
• CMDB architecture, data modelling, and service mapping knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex implementations.
• CSA and CAD preferred; CTA highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, security, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Support the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and future capability expansion.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Conduct solution and architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organisational standards.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging industry best practices.

• Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modelling, and service mapping principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification highly desirable.
