Operating from our dedicated Dublin 12 facility, we service, overhaul, and repair top-tier industrial spray equipment for painting contractors, furniture, industrial, and automotive finishes.Role Overview:We are seeking a workshop-based Mechanic / Service Technician to diagnose, service, overhaul, and repair industrial fluid handling and paint spraying equipment (e.g., Graco, Wagner, Titan, Kremlin).Key Responsibilities:Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electric faults on paint spraying pumps, guns, and fluid equipment brought into the workshop.Repair & Overhaul: Strip down machines, replace worn fluid sections, seals, packings, and valves, and rebuild to factory specs.Testing: Quality-test all repaired units using high-pressure mediums to ensure stable delivery and safety before customer pickup.Documentation: Maintain clear bench service records and log parts required for invoicing and inventory management.Workshop Upkeep: Keep workshop tools, testing bays, and communal repair areas clean, safe, and organized.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Mechanical or technical experience in a related field is highly preferred.
