Job summary

SRG, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a QA Delivery Leader to oversee end-to-end QA delivery for large-scale programmes. This role focuses on leading high-performing teams, driving service excellence, and meeting contractual and financial commitments in a hybrid Dublin setting.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage risks and governance, and mentor QA teams to promote best practices across a financial services context.

• Strong expertise in Estimation & Planning.
• Proven background in Account Delivery Management.
• Experience in Business Operations Management.

• Experience delivering QA services within large enterprise environments (financial services experience is highly desirable).

Are you an experienced QA Delivery Leader with a passion for delivering high-quality testing services and leading high-performing teams?

SRG is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Client Service Delivery Lead for a long-term contract based in Dublin, Ireland.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week)

Contract: August 2026 – June 2027

What You'll Be Doing
