You will report to the Service Manager and own day-to-day operations, team performance and service delivery standards.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to lead a team.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support a team of service administrators, managing daily workflow, holidays, appraisals.
• Oversee customer call-outs, ensuring requests are logged and closed in SAP.
• Manage service contract renewals and Software Support Agreements.
• Produce monthly client reports and attend customer meetings.
• Maintain PPM schedules and ensure engineers have up-to-date contract information.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports covering invoicing, open jobs, PPMs, renewals.
• Ensure chargeable works are invoiced promptly and support credit control.
• Coordinate with service engineers on scheduling, productivity and training.
• Oversee small works from customer request to completion and invoicing.
• Liaise with Local Service Providers in Ireland and Europe as needed.
• Ensure GDPR and ISO27001 compliance across the team.
• Provide ongoing support to the Service Manager on admin matters.
