Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions Ltd is seeking a Regional Security Manager to join our Senior Management team in Dublin. The role covers nationwide accounts in the Finance sector and requires onsite presence across Dublin and surrounding regions.

You will lead operations, manage client relationships, and oversee security procedures while driving performance, reporting, and team development in a dynamic security services environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Management / Supervisory roles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle).
Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operations across client sites.
Manage client relationships and service delivery.
Lead and develop the security team.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, report performance.
Maintain and update security procedures and records.
Travel regionally as required for site visits.
Prepare and maintain operational and client reports.
Support other company departments.
