Job summary

Clio seeks a Senior Workday People Systems & Analytics Specialist to join the Dublin team. The role focuses on making Workday and related HR systems more reliable, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to support a scaling organization.

You will own configuration, testing, and the development of dashboards, partnering with People, IT, and Finance to drive strategic decisions. This position requires hands-on experience with Workday HCM and data governance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience configuring Workday HCM Business Processes and Security Roles.
• Experience designing and deploying dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
• Experience with configurations in two or more of: Talent Optimization, Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and day-to-day support for the HRIS, manage change management and employee education, and participate in new HRIS module implementations.
• Manage testing across Workday modules and provide guidance to People, IT, Finance and broader business teams.
• Develop tools to document systems and processes through regular updates and audits throughout the system lifecycle.
• Oversee and maintain data integrity and information security of the HRIS and People Systems.
• Create and iterate documentation for future-state People processes; identify areas for improvement to streamline processes and present solutions.
• Lead biannual system upgrades, testing, and assess downstream impacts to the business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions impacting People-related data.
• Build, maintain and optimize reporting practices and dashboards to support evolving People, Systems and Analytics strategy.
• Lead for People Data utilization to deliver clear and insightful reporting in partnership with People and Finance teams.
• Provide solution options to system problems for leadership decision making, identify risks, and outline preferred solutions.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues and take corrective action aligned with intended outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders for needs assessments and develop project plans.
• Develop test scripts and execute to ensure system readiness.
• Contribute to the People Systems & Analytics roadmap and evaluate system readiness for process changes, making updates as needed.
