Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday Integration Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors while ensuring data accuracy and scalability.

The role collaborates with HR, IT, and finance teams to deliver reliable digital solutions with continuous improvement. Required are 5+ years in Workday Integrations, strong communication, and a track record of resolving complex integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years' experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
• 1+ year experience working on Workday Extend and Orchestration
• 1+ year demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
• 1+ year experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts

Responsibilities

• Design Integration Solutions: Lead the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Studio: Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems.
• Pre-built Connectors: Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with third-party applications.
• Customization: Customize integrations to meet business requirements while following Workday best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows: Build workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Workday Extend: Development and Configuration of Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Deployment: Oversee deployment of integration solutions into production environments.
• Data Migration: Assist with data migration, ensuring legacy data is transferred to Workday and integrated.
• Workday Version Updates: Ensure integrations remain compatible with quarterly releases.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Documentation: Create technical docs and share knowledge with the team.
