Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer to join its Water Services team in Ireland. The role can be based in Dublin, Castlebar, Limerick or Cork with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will lead planning, design and delivery of water and wastewater projects for Uisce Éireann and local authorities across Ireland, managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships. The successful candidate will have proven project management skills, Chartered Engineer status or be

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or nearing chartership.
• 7–8 years' experience delivering water and wastewater projects.
• Experience with Uisce Éireann and/or Irish local authorities.
• Familiarity with NEC and Public Works Contracts; BIM/CDEs helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction support.
• Act as Project Manager, Design Lead, or Discipline Lead on multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop project programmes, budgets, resources and risk management.
• Coordinate inputs from civil, structural, process, mechanical, electrical and environmental teams.
• Ensure designs meet standards and client requirements; support construction & commissioning.
