Job summary

Amazon Inc. through AWS AIS is seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Manager for the EMEA Water Team in Ireland.

The role focuses on scaling and delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects across the data center network, including external and fenceline water solutions. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage consultants, budgets, and contracts while coordinating with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management or as a project lead incl. RFQ/RFP process, budgeting, and coordinating multiple consultant teams.
• Experience in industrial/commercial engineering in mission critical facilities (data centers, power, oil/gas).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions, from scoping to delivery.
• Manage 3rd party design consultants; develop requirements, budgets, business cases, permitting and schedules.
• Prepare project contracts, milestone payments and schedules; navigate legal reviews and procurement.
• Demonstrate strong project management and program leadership to drive results.
• Lead deliveries, multitask, and re-prioritize to meet changing business needs.
• Maintain delivery program and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests to senior leadership.
• Prepare investment need papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects.
