Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous microservices.
Experience deploying applications to public cloud infrastructure.
Strong secure SDLC practices and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Develop a technology roadmap and execution plan with product and leadership.
Provide thought leadership to drive new product development across domains.
Lead large, diverse engineering teams delivering core platform changes for Commercial.
Set direction for globally distributed teams within the Product & Engineering framework.
Drive operational stability, reduce incidents, and decrease toil.
Collaborate with P&C and recruitment to grow technology talent globally.
Align product, engineering and regional strategies on priorities and growth.
Build executive partnerships for cross-functional alignment.
Lead by example to embody the Mastercard Way across the group.
